You can now add collaborators to your app or transfer ownership to a colleague

We’re excited to announce the release of the Add Collaborators and Transfer Ownership application features on Autodesk Platform Services. This new functionality improves collaboration between teams during application development and gives you more control over who can view and edit app information. Learn more here.

Introducing the New Token Estimator Tool from APS

Autodesk Platform Services (APS) offers a suite of APIs and web services that help you tap into your Design and Make data to make some awesome applications. With these tools you can build 3D Viewers, Digital Twins, Configurators, enterprise integrations, dashboards, and so much more. The model is simple. Most of the APS APIs are free to use, except when you make API calls to Premium APIs, you will be charged a fee per usage. But how do you estimate and forecast these costs? Read on to learn how.

The viewer documentation has been enhanced with the introduction of a fresh collection of interactive examples. These examples are designed to provide you with hands-on demonstrations of various features and functionalities. Data Updates

Fusion Data API is now called Manufacturing Data Model API

The ‘Fusion Data API’ has a new name. Starting 19 Jul 2023, the new name will be 'Manufacturing Data Model API’. Autodesk delivers collaboration, data management, and enhanced product workflow capabilities to our customers, through Design and Make Data.  The Autodesk Platform will use the Autodesk Data Model to manage, organize, and connect your design-and-make data across our industry clouds, to enable new workflows and possibilities for your business. Staticus & Blogic: Business data and construction models united in real-time progress reports

Staticus is one of the largest façade contractors in Northern Europe, specializing in united curtain wall systems. Staticus relied on manual processes to integrate business data with model data from design to manufacture to install. They sought a pre-built solution that links model data with business data. They chose Blogic’s Vcad, an integration that connects BIM to PowerBI’s analytics and visualization tools.

Artelia: Simulation and sustainability - Bringing carbon impact into view for building design

Artelia is an international multidisciplinary engineering and project management company with services that span the project lifecycle. In more than 40 countries, Artelia serves clients in the transportation, water, energy, building, and industrial sectors. They built a web app that fills data gaps to provide carbon footprint analysis early in the design process. The app overlays the building model with color-coded simulation that represents high/low cost and high/low CO2 footprint.
