What is the APS online training?

Autodesk Platform Services (APS) Online Training is a free online training for software developers to learn the basics of APS API. Our developer advocates will live-code various APS applications and answer your questions as you follow steps. This time, we focus on Autodesk Construction Cloud API (Project Admin).

The event will take place on April 23-24, 2024 (Tuesday & Wednesday). Attendance is free of charge.

Who is it for?

If you are just getting started with Autodesk Construction Cloud APIs or looking to refresh/improve your APS API skills, this event is for you.

All training classes are suitable for beginner level (some preparation is required - see below).

Attention: This training assumes you have access to ACC account as an account admin. We strongly suggest you set up a developer account prior to the training. Do not use your production environment for your development to protect your data. Please see the bottom of this post for more detail about prerequisites for this training.

Each day of the event will be dedicated to a specific topic. For each topic there will be a full-day class in the Central European Time zone and another full-day class in the Pacific Time zone, so that you can choose the time that works best for you.

  • Day 1: Hubs Browser (.NET or Node.js)

You will learn how to visualize and extract data from your models in your ACC hub.

  • Day 2: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Project Admin API (Node.js)

You will be creating a web application to export/import project admin information stored in the ACC unified products to/from a csv file.
