AU 2025 Call for Proposals is OPEN!

Join us in Nashville, September 15-18, for Autodesk University (AU) 2025, The Design & Make Conference. We want to hear your story of innovation and business growth. Are you connecting Design and Make data with enterprise systems? Driving greater sustainability in your projects?  Automating workflows or leveraging AI to unlock the new possible?

AU 2025 Call for Proposals is now officially open which means you can submit your proposals today!

Important dates 

  • March 20: CFP opens 
  • April 17: CFP closes (11:59 PM Pacific Time)
  • Mid-April to Mid-May: Proposals under review 
  • Late May: Session status and selection communicated
  • Late May: Speaker Resource Center opens
  • September 15-18: AU 2025

AU 2025 formats 

  • Time: 20-minute or 50-minute sessions 
  • Session type: Panel, Case Study, Industry Talk, Technical Instruction, and Product Demo

Note that each session will have 10 minutes to allow for setup or Q&A, giving speakers 30- or 60-minutes total.
