Where did the time go? The 2021 holiday season is already upon us! The Forge team wanted to take a quick moment to remind everyone of our support team's holiday hours. Forge API and Autodesk Developer Network support will be closed from December 18, 2021 to January 2, 2022 during the annual Autodesk Winter holidays.
Please make sure to submit any open questions you have by Wednesday, December 15, so that you may receive a response in a timely manner. Any questions submitted after December 15 will receive a response after January 2.
For general support, the Forge community over on Stack Overflow is always available and willing to help. You can also access the API documentation here.
Need urgent help during the holiday period?
If you run into an urgent issue during the support closure period, submit your question to forge.help@autodesk.com with "Urgent" in the subject line. For the fastest response, please be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including:

- Time frame
- Steps to reproduce
