We have great news Autodesk Developer Network (ADN) members!
If you're part of ADN, you can count on a new method for submitting your requests. Just go to autodesk-developer.zendesk.com and you will see a page like the one below:
This is the new Help Center, where you can take advantage of Autodesk Platform Services blogs summaries and announcements.
Now if you login with your ADN account, you'll see a new option like in the image below:
If you click on this option, you'll be redirected to a form where you can submit your questions regarding Autodesk APIs:
This form will show one option of API based on the Industry you specify.
You need to select the industry group for the API you are asking about.
As an example, if you select AEC, you'll se the options below:
This form will suggest articles based on the subject and description of your question.
If none of the suggestions are helpful you can go ahead and create a new request for support.
Request created through this option will be prioritized as they're coming from ADN members.
You can also check your previous requests through this portal aggregated in a view.
