DevCon Munich and DevConX in Boston Recap
DevCon season has officially kicked off with DevConX in Boston and the flagship DevCon event in Munich! Autodesk DevCon was the event for software developers and business innovators to learn about Autodesk's Design and Make Platform vision, our new Data Strategy, and how to leverage the power of Autodesk APIs and services to build innovative new solutions. Autodesk Design & Make Awards
Shine a spotlight on your achievements! Submissions are open for the Autodesk Design & Make Awards. This year, we'll highlight a special Autodesk Platform Services (APS) use case at the awards ceremony at AU2024. Submit your favorite APS story by June 14.
Call for feedback: No more ZIP files when downloading Revit Cloud Models from Docs
Does your application download Revit models from Autodesk/BIM 360 Docs? If so, you are probably aware that sometimes a Revit model is downloaded as ZIP. The Revit team is planning to change that. Head to our blog to learn more and provide feedback.
ACC Cost Management: Budgets-Contracts Link API
We are pleased to inform you about the availability of a new API endpoint to link multiple budgets to multiple contracts for Cost Management in Autodesk Build. Now, with the new API, you can create multiple links using a single endpoint, making easier to use. Learn more
ACC Cost Management API: Deprecating "budgets" field in POST/PATCH contracts
Recently, Autodesk added a new endpoint POST budgets-contracts:link. This endpoint allows API users to batch-create multiple budgets to multiple contracts links. If you are using the budgets field in POST contracts or PATCH contracts/{contractId} endpoints please migrate to use POST budgets-contracts:link by October 15th, 2024, at which point the budgets field will be removed. Autodesk Data Exchange connectors and SDK now support BIM 360
We are happy to announce that Data Exchanges can now be stored within BIM 360 Docs in addition to the original ACC Docs storage. Customers with existing BIM 360 projects can now utilize Autodesk Data Exchange to unlock coordination and collaboration workflows by simplifying data interoperability across multiple Autodesk and non-Autodesk applications.
