ACC/BIM 360 Assets API general availablity
ACC/BIM 360 Assets API provides read/write access to the data stored Assets module of Autodesk Build and BIM 360 Build, which allows you to track your project’s assets and equipment from design to handover. With Assets, you can easily maintain an inventory of job site equipment, conduct inspections, document defects, and generate asset-related issues for quick resolution. Read more on our blog.
Automated Creation of a Data Exchange using GraphQL Mutation API
Before, if your pipeline required creation of exchanges from certain (e.g. Revit) models, you had to manually do that by going to ACC, selecting the file, selecting the view and triggering creation of the exchange. With addition to Data Exchange GraphQL API of this new functionality, it is now possible not only to automate all this, but also it opens the way to more complex workflows. Breaking Changes
AEC Data Model API: Deprecating "Revit Element ID" Property
Attention AEC Data Model API users. Autodesk is planning to deprecate one property, “Revit Element ID,” in the AEC Data Model API. If your application uses this property, you will need to update your code. Please update your application by October 1, 2025. Learn more
Reminder: Changes are coming for APS in the Australia Region
Autodesk is making changes to certain APIs that access data stored in Australia region. These changes that will go into effect March 1, 2025 may impact your existing application. Find out more.
