How to build your Forge application on AWS

You can build and deploy your Forge NodeJS web applications on a number of hosting solutions, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). But, because AWS offers so many services, it can be hard to know where to start.

I recently hosted a webinar, along with Autodesk speaker and Forge Designated Support Specialist Bastien Mazeran (@BastienMazeran), and Amazon's Solution Architects Tom Jones (@ThomasPJones2) and Vinod Shukla, to make it easier to understand how to architect and deploy highly available Forge web applications using AWS. The recording is available for you here

In 60 minutes, we cover a lot of ground. But here are the important details:

  • How to deploy Forge applications on AWS Cloud
  • Which AWS Services to use with Forge applications
  • How to secure your Forge applications on AWS using Parameter Store

If you would like to get started with the use of this AWS QuickStart template to host your Autodesk Forge NodeJS Applications head over to this link.
