New business model: Migration period extended

The migration period to move your apps to a developer hub has been extended from January 16 to February 18. You now have an extra month to select a new offer and migrate your apps. Get the details on how to migrate your apps in this YouTube video

APAC region code being removed

Autodesk plans to remove “APAC” as an accepted region code from the endpoints that require a region field. If your application supports the Australian region and still uses “APAC” as region code, you will need to migrate to use “AUS” by March 31st, 2026.

Data Exchange Connectors now supported in five new regions

APS now supports Data Exchange Connectors for Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Inventor, Tekla Structures, Rhino3D, Microsoft PowerBI, and IFC files in 5 new regions: the UK, Germany, Canada, India, and Japan. You can now process your project data in these regions, in addition to the US, EU, and Australia. 

New home for Autodesk Technical API blog content

The Autodesk Developer Blog has moved to a new home at https://blog.autodesk.io. The site will continue to publish technical, developer-focused API content, on a new platform that will ensure continuity, long-term availability, and future flexibility. This is in addition to the Autodesk Platform Services blog.

Inside the Paris APS & AI Accelerator

Over five days, 28 participants from top firms worked side by side with Autodesk experts to turn bold ideas into working prototypes at the Paris APS Accelerator. We saw how Autodesk Platform Services (APS) and AI can accelerate delivery, lift barriers for teams with limited coding experience, and make sustainability actionable.
