Autodesk Data Exchange Integration: inCitu AR
Autodesk Data Exchange is best known by its ready-to-use connectors, such as the Revit, IFC, Tekla Structures, Rhino, Inventor, Power BI - and even more in Beta!
Besides this, the Data Exchange team also regularly updates its public .NET SDK / GraphQL API, which allow flexible integrations into other platforms and tool - like the case of inCitu.
The inCituDX integration introduces a new public- and stakeholder-facing interface for built environment proposals, extending BIM, planning, and design workflows beyond internal coordination into contextual, street-level engagement.
By using Data Exchange, inCitu enables connected, semantic, and georeferenced model publication, allowing BIM data to move seamlessly from cloud-based coordination environments into full-scale, real-world AR experiences.
The workflow reduces manual exports and file handling by enabling teams to publish AR-ready models directly from Data Exchange URLs and make them accessible on-site or remotely through mobile devices.

You can download the inCitu App through the Autodesk AppStore.
