You may be a perfect candidate to apply to the Autodesk Platform Services Certified Partner program.

The Autodesk team currently certifies partners with the ability to help third-party customers build or deploy solutions using APS. We have recently introduced 4 industry-focused Areas of Expertise that candidates can apply for:

  • Multi-industry
  • Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
  • Architecture, Engineering, and Construction - Automation
  • Manufacturing

If you think you might qualify for any of these areas, submit your application here.

Multi-Industry

For applications with solutions that are useful across multiple industries, or to connect workflows between industries. Multi-Industry solutions typically make use of the Viewer & Model Derivative API, as well as Webhooks. Some examples of multi-industry applications are:

  • Dashboard
  • Reporting
  • Digital Twin
  • ERP/CRM Integration
  • AR/VR

Want to see it in action? Check out SIVAR's story about their digital twin here.

Architecture, Engineering, and Construction

Solutions in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries typically use the BIM360 and ACC APIs. Some examples of AEC applications are:

  • Dashboard
  • Integrations
  • Reporting
  • Project setup & management

Want to see it in action? ofcdesk used ACC APIs to prevent errors, and save time and money. Check out their story here.

Architecture, Engineering, and Construction - Automation

Solutions in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Automation specialization typically use the Design Automation APIs for Revit or AutoCAD. Some examples of AEC Automation solutions include:

  • Catalogs
  • Configurators
  • Project/file setup
  • Model check
  • Pre-fabrication

Want to see it in action? See how ekkodale cut viewer development and integration time from 2+ years to 2 weeks using the Design Automation API for Revit. Read their story here.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing solutions use of Viewer, Fusion Team and Fusion Data APIs, while Manufacturing Automation solutions utilize the Design Automation API for Inventor or Fusion APIs. Some examples of Manufacturing solutions include:

  • Digital Twins
  • ERP/CRM Integrations
  • Catalogs
  • Configurators
  • Reporting (e.g. BOM) tools

Want to see it in action? SolidCAD built a configurator using the Design Automation API for Inventor. Check out their story here.
