To Assign EBA (Enterprise Business Agreement) users to Autodesk Platform Services

Autodesk APS is a powerful platform that allows developers to build applications that integrate with Autodesk's design and engineering software. When using APS under an Enterprise Business Agreement (EBA), there are a few key points to keep in mind:

EBA Tokens: If your company has an Enterprise Business Agreement with Autodesk, then talk to your Customer Success Manager about adding an APS entitlement to your EBA contract. Once you've done this, your APS usage will deduct EBA Tokens from your account in the same way that Flex Tokens/Cloud Credits are deducted from a non-EBA account.

Assigning APS Entitlements: To ensure proper token consumption and tracking, primary or secondary admins must assign APS entitlements to specific developers.

  1. Sign into your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com.

  2. Navigate to User Management and select “By User.”

  3. Select or add the User you want to assign to APS. If the user is not already in your user list, click “Invite Users,” enter their details, and send the invite.

  1. Assign the APS entitlement to the selected User. They will receive an email notification that they can now access APS.

This process ensures proper token consumption and tracking for APS applications under the EBA.
