Translate a Source File

This walkthrough guides you through the process of translating a source file, into the OBJ format. It uses a single Inventor Part file (.ipt file) to demonstrate an uncomplicated translation workflow.

We also provide a Postman Collection containing the HTTP requests used in this walkthrough. On the Postman Collection, requests are grouped by task. The group has the same name as the corresponding task in this walkthrough.

Similarly, requests are named such that you can easily match steps in this walkthrough with the corresponding HTTP requests in the Postman Collection.

The Postman Collection is hosted in a GitHub repository, and is accompanied by a set of instructions.
