3D Gaussian Splatting in ACC: Fast 3D Visualization Using 3DGS Format

Description:

Gaussian Splatting is changing how we think about scan-to-cloud workflows. In this session, we’ll show how X-Grids handheld scanners produce 3DGS outputs that stream into a browser. You’ll see a real-world scan of North Sydney Autodesk Office, integration with ACC Issues API, scan to BIM workflows with AI auto-segmentation, and finally viewing these 3DGS's inside Apple Vision Pro and Quest 3.

3D-Gaussian-Splat Meetup @ DevCon: X-Grids Demo Session of 3DGS Technology

Description:

Come meet the X-Grids team and try their handheld splat scanners yourself. We’ll show scans rendered live in Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest 3, as well as a browser-based splat of the Autodesk North Sydney office, connected to the ACC Issues API.

🎯 Bonus: Stop by the APS booth for a 15-minute Apple Vision Pro demo, bookable via Caroline Ward (at the booth).
