Call for private beta testers – Autodesk Construction Cloud Export PDF API

Default blog image

Export PDF is a feature in Autodesk Docs which allows users to export or download a PDF file with/without markups.*1 Markups can be published and/or personal. You can also have an option to include links. You can find more information about this product feature, you can find it in the product help.

Autodesk Docs product team is currently working on exposing Export PDF API. The team would like to have feedback through a private beta. If you are interested in this feature and willing to test and give us feedback about its API, please contact us.

Only requirement is your familiarity with Data Management (DM) API; i.e., you know how to navigate projects and folder structures using DM API.

If you are interested, please email the team at forge.help@autodesk.com with the subject line “Interested in Autodesk Docs Export PDF API beta testing” with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your e-mail address
  • Company name
  • Company URL
  • Country (or time zone - in case we need to set up a call with you)

After we receive your request, we will contact you with further instruction.

Please note that due to this being an ongoing development effort, we will not be able to accept a large number of testers.

*1) this feature is analogous to the product feature; i.e., it does not convert to a PDF file from a different format.)
