Action required for users of the Get Forms and Put Forms Values APIs

If you are have used the v1 Get Forms, Get Values or Put Form Values API endpoints. These endpoints will be retired on June 30, 2027, and action is required.

Background

Autodesk Forma Forms is a component within Autodesk Forma that lets teams create, fill out, and manage forms and other structured data. In April 2026, Autodesk released new Forma Forms API endpoints to public beta, including new endpoints in v2 and endpoints that were upgraded from v1 to v2. Please refer to the Forms API Migration Guide (2026 April Release) for more information.

The Forma Forms (v2) API endpoints from the April 2026 release have moved to general availability and are ready for production use today. As a result, the two v1 endpoints listed below will be retired on June 30, 2027.

Action Required

If you are using the following two Forma Forms (v1) API endpoints, you will need to migrate to their v2 replacements by June 30, 2027, at which point these two v1 endpoints will be retired and stop functioning. Failure to migrate in a timely manner will result in breaking the workflow in your application.

In addition, the v1 GET forms endpoint returns field values of web and pdf forms directly in the response. In v2, these values are retrieved through separate, dedicated endpoints. If your application reads field values from the v1 GET forms response, you must additionally migrate to:
