Build your relationship with Autodesk by joining the Autodesk Developer Network (ADN), a developer program for Autodesk Platforms—desktop software and cloud solutions. Whether you're new to software development or a professional software developer new to Autodesk, a software business start-up, or well-established company with a team of full-time professional software developers, ADN can help you develop specialized solutions by extending Autodesk technology or integrating your solutions with it. 

ADN membership benefits

The ADN membership is for full-time professional software developers working with Autodesk platform technologies who need access to Autodesk software and one-on-one direct support for software development based on virtually all Autodesk technologies. 

  • Access to virtually all Autodesk software for development, support, and field demonstration purposes

  • Access to pre-release beta versions of future Autodesk software releases

  • One-on-one technical support from an Autodesk software engineer

  • Access to confidential information

  • Access to Autodesk technology conferences around the world (regular attendee event registration fees will be applicable)

  • Access to Autodesk customers and sales teams through exhibition at Autodesk University (regular exhibitor and attendee event registration fees will be applicable)

ADN membership pricing

  • 1 user*: 1,750
  • 2 to 5 users*: 3,000

  • 6 or more users*: 5,500

*User(s) is the number of employees that will be using ADN-provided Autodesk desktop software, web services, and support services. This includes your software engineers, support personnel, and for in-the-field customer demonstrations. There are 3 user levels to choose from: 1 user, 2 to 5 users, and 6 or more users. ADN membership runs per calendar year—January 1 to December 31—and is not prorated.

ADN membership pricing may vary in some countries, including India, Japan, the People’s Republic of China, and a number of countries in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualify for free or reduced ADN membership

  • Companies joining ADN between October 1 and December 31 receive a membership for the following year at no extra cost. 

  • Authors of learning materials including books, video, and online learning aids receive special pricing for an ADN membership. Contact your local Autodesk Developer Network representative for details.

  • University developers qualify to receive ADN membership at no charge to support their engineering and design-related research, and software development efforts.

  • Start-up developers qualify to receive ADN membership at no charge for up to 3 years to support their startup projects and software development efforts. You can apply to join ADN now under the start-up developer category directly by submitting an online ADN membership application.
