Wes has spent much of his professional career in Oil and Gas working predominantly with Subsea Robotics and the custom use of mechatronic solutions.   He has worked with Chevron, Exon, Shell and Oceaneering just to name a few.

In the past few years Wes has started 2 companies.  3D Orthotics, the world’s first 3D printed orthotics and Dotty Digital a cloud software development company to create business solutions and provide Innovation as a Service.

Dotty’s team is currently using Autodesk’s Recap and View and Data API’s to deliver products/services to Luxottica (Oakley), Sykes (BPO Call Centre) and Shell.
